1. Orbit Media does not offer any part time job and/or contractual employment and/or seasonal employment and/or ad hoc employment to its vendor.
2. Orbit Media adheres to the law of the land and commits to comply with it.
3. In Case of non-compliance to KYC, your application for appointment as Vendor will be rejected. Please do not forget that KYC is mandatory for every vendor.
4. An individual or company is verified and approved by our Vendor Management Cell as vendor only when KYC is completely complied with and upon the execution of Legal Agreement. As vendor, you act as a technical and professional service provider to Orbit Media that allows you to promote its online and print publications and other products and services.
5. Please note that legally, work at home and/or Sales at Commission by an Individual is considered as a commercial establishment and, therefore, every vendor must adhere to the law of taxation in your country.
In case of PAN Card is uploaded by vendor.
6. Tax Deduction at Source is mandatory as per the Law of your country. Therefore, there will be deduction of TDS at 10% under section 194H (TDS, Assessment Year : 2014-2015) on the account of Commission on your Sales' Business Volume if your commission exceeds Rs.5,000/- p.a. & an additional TDS @ 10% under section 194J (TDS, Assessment Year : 2014-2015) on the account of Professional Fee & Technical Services if your payment exceeds Rs.30,000/- p.a.
In case of PAN Card is not uploaded by vendor.
7. There will be 20% Deduction. The vendor unique id will be deactivated permanently if PAN Card is not loaded within 30 Days. The company will not take any type of direct or indirect onus if vendor fails in complying with the government rules and no support will be extended by Orbit in your irregularities or negligence or any legal dispute with the Government of your country. Vendors are fully responsible to handle their any disputes regarding Direct and/or Indirect Tax with competent Tax Authority. Please consult your Tax experts time to time.
8. With effect from the 15th of August, 2014, requests such as Change of Vendor's name, Change of vendor's email id, Change of vendor's mobile No., Change of vendor's user id or modification of mobile number & e-mail address, will not be serviced upon execution of Legal Agreement with Vendors
